2. For best results, you can use either chocolate or icing (the stuff that's power and you add the water) As long as it's not too runny and watery. Spread the icing or chocolate all over the cake where the topper will go VERY THINLY then place the topper on top and press very gently, smoothing the topper from centre to edges.
3. The toppers will arrive in a sealed plastic bag complete with instructions, ready for you to cut out and use. They have a shelf life of 12 months, if kept in the bag they arrived in.
